Global supply chain solutions provider TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced on Tuesday the extension of its contract with Rolls-Royce for five years, lasting until 2029. The contract renewal specifically applies to the advanced Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) in Singapore, serving Rolls-Royce’s Power Systems business unit in the Asia Pacific markets.

The Joint Efforts to Boost PDC Efficiency
The collaborative journey between TVS SCS and Rolls-Royce Power Systems regional center, Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia (formerly MTU Asia), commenced in early 2013 with the mutual objective of enhancing warehouse efficiency and productivity at the PDC through the implementation of an Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS).
Transition from TVS Group to TVS Mobility Group
Earlier this month, the Chennai-based global supply chain solutions provider reported a net profit of Rs 10 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, compared to Rs 17 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. Despite a net loss of Rs 22 crore in the second quarter, the company returned to profitability in the third quarter of the current fiscal year. Revenue for the third quarter of the current fiscal year declined by 6 percent to Rs 2,222 crore (from Rs 2,373 crore).
TVS Supply Chain Solutions, previously affiliated with the TVS Group and now part of the TVS Mobility Group, offers specialized solutions across the entire value chain from sourcing to consumption, aiming to simplify customers’ supply chains using technology, data analytics, and execution experience. TVS Supply Chain Solutions went public in August 2023.
