The IT company Tech Mahindra, via a regulatory filing, notified the resignation of Vikram Nair, the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
What does the filing say?
Nair, the head of business and operations across EMEA, submitted his resignation after 19 years in the company, citing personal reasons. He will be relieved from his responsibilities at the close of business hours on July 27, 2024.
The tech giant’s filing stated, “Vikram Nair, President— Europe Business and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from services of the Company due to personal reasons. The Company has agreed to relieve him from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 27, 2024.”
About Vikram Nair
Nair joined Tech Mahindra in 2005 and successfully led the company’s expansion into newer European markets over the past decade and a half.
In January 2015, Vikram was appointed President, and he currently heads the company’s Business and Operations across EMEA.
His leadership has played a significant role in Tech Mahindra’s growth over the past decade. The company has evolved as a leading provider of SI services to leading companies in Europe under his leadership.
He has also held several key positions in the company and played a major role in the acquisition of Satyam.
